Sugaring

Throughout the year there are several things that we, as a family, take pride in doing. We always take the time to experience things together. As we homeschool our children God gives us so many opportunities to learn and expand on our farm. Sugaring is one that we learned a few years ago and will continue to do every year. We want to encourage everyone to continue learning how to become more self-sufficient. Plus, an added bonus is the time that we get to experience things together. We will be collecting maple sap until Mid-March depending on the weather. If this is something that intrigues you, please send us a message and see if we can set a time, you can come and help us. There is nothing better than homemade maple syrup on you hot pancakes in the morning.
