When we had our babies, we only wanted to use natural product on them. So, we mixed up shea butter, tallow, coconut oil, bentonite clay and therapeutic essential oils to sooth any diaper rashes. Since we have now moved way out of the diaper stage, we find that this product works amazing on heat rashes and skin irritations that need a barrier applied.
